Refund Policy

  1. The package should return to the Deobox office within two weeks from the received date
  2. The package should not be half empty or less undamaged, the product should be with all their labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging. 
  3. Refund and subscription cancellation will process, after inspection of the package
  4. We do not bear the cost of returning the item, this will have to be paid by you.
